Fajitas order for 1 or 2 All fajita dinners served with side salad of  lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, shredded cheese &  pico de gallo.  Served with choice of rice, beans or both and 3 flour tortillas. Orders for two come with 6 tortillas.	Mixed Fajitas

Shrimp Fajitas Grilled Shrimp with bell peppers & onions. Fajitas del Mar Grilled Shrimp, Scallops & Tilapia with bell peppers and onions.

Pollo ala Ranchera Two grilled Chicken breasts topped with sautéed mushrooms, onions and  nacho cheese. Served with beans.   Sal’s Special Grilled Chicken cooked with onions, jalapeños & mushrooms in our own crema sauce. Served with rice.   Pollo ala Mexicana Grilled Chicken cooked with onions, tomatoes, hot peppers & cilantro. Served with rice & beans.   Pollo Santa Fe Two grilled Chicken breasts topped with cheese & pico de gallo. Served with rice and veggies.

Steak Ranchero Rib-eye Steak topped with our Special Ranchero Sauce, served with rice & beans.   Steak ala Mexicana Grilled sliced Steak cooked with onions, tomatoes, hot peppers & cilantro. Served with rice & beans   Chili Colorado Chopped steak cooked in red sauce. Served with rice & beans.   Ranchero Chef’s Special Rib-eye Steak topped with onions & bell peppers. Served with side of beans and a chicken enchilada.

Camarones Especiales Sautéed Shrimp cooked with onions, jalapeños & mushrooms in our own crema sauce.  Served with rice.   Camarones Mexicanos Sautéed Shrimp cooked with onions, tomatoes, hot peppers & cilantro.  Served with rice.   Camarones ala Diabla Shrimp cooked in our Spicy Red Sauce, served with rice and guacamole salad.   Fish & Shrimp A seasoned Tilapia Filet & eight grilled Shrimp. Served with rice and veggies.
