My fiancé and I love this dish. We have fallen in love with the peppers and onions and the seasoning of the steak. It's the best.
Skirt Steak Fajitas
Nice portion size with amazing service. Flavor was even better and your Texas margaritas are top notch.
Churrasco Steak**
Amazing Flavor, very tender and my go to meal... I know at a Mexican restaurant, but it's one of the better steaks in Macon.
Benny's Ceviche
We moved from Utah to Macon, GA a couple years back and we were searching for a great ceviche! We found it! This is amazing, so fresh, the balance of acid, fish is perfect. Love Love Love This!
Quesa Birria Taco
This is my go to dish from El Sombrero! It's always fresh and has amazing flavor. The customer service here is always top notch too!!! My favorite Mexican restaurant in Macon! Been coming here for 20 years and will continue to be a regular.
Taco Salad
This is the best taco salad I've ever had. Crispy shell, love the ground beef with all the seasoning they use. Very good
La Classic Chimichanga

Enchiladas Pacificas
This is one of my go-to-dishes here at El Sombrero. The kicker is that sauce they drizzle over the cheese. Love this!
